Riverside’s path to our current campus is a true testimony to the community’s heart to follow God. From one unexpected location to another, Riverside’s faithful endured the life of a truly portable church for nearly a decade before stumbling upon this one-of-a-kind “hill country contemporary” worship space (and educational center!). It’s in this special place where lives are transformed, where disciples are deeply drawn to become like Jesus, and where leaders emerge to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to Earth.

The Need

Earlier this year Riverside was blessed to obtain enough financing at excellent terms to exercise the option to buy our campus building and property for a price significantly below appraised market value. And while servicing our debt costs less than we used to pay in rent, our strong preference is to become debt free as soon as we possibly can.

Additionally, there are five contiguous acres surrounding the current property that are available for purchase. This land would provide room for future expansion and a buffer from anticipated development.

The Solution

Diligently raise the funds to pay off our mortgage and to purchase the contiguous property.

The Impact

By eliminating our mortgage payments, more than $8,000 per month and nearly $100,000 per year will be freed up to be used for ministry!

Owning the contiguous 5 acres surrounding the current property will ensure Riverside has the room to grow and meet the needs of a rapidly expanding Bulverde/Spring Branch community.
